Because a small firm should not pay more every time it hires a recruiter. Solo costs $39 CAD per month for 1 user, Team $95 CAD for 5 users, Business $199 CAD for 15 users.
What does RecruitEasy not do?
No client CRM, placement invoicing, timesheets or payroll. No job board multiposting, Outlook or Google calendar sync, or native mobile app yet. If you depend on those, a more complete tool will serve you better.
Can I import my current candidate database?
Yes, from a CSV or Excel file, with column mapping and a preview before the import. You can also add PDF resumes and import LinkedIn profiles with the Chrome extension.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, 14 days on paid plans, with no credit card. There is no permanent free plan.
