The origin of a frustration turned innovation

RecruitEasy was born from a simple but universal observation: recruitment has become an exhausting process, both for recruiters and candidates. As a full-stack developer passionate about AI, I have observed for years the same scenarios repeating: recruiters overwhelmed by hundreds of CVs, spending more time sorting than talking with talents. Qualified candidates lost in the crowd, never called back despite their potential. "Black box" algorithms that reject without explanation. The spark came from a question: why couldn't artificial intelligence, capable of extraordinary feats, simply explain its recommendations?

Thus was born RecruitEasy.ca - not as just another ATS, but as a transparent partner that brings meaning back to recruitment.
