• Size ideas to change existing or create new clinical programs
• Design experiment/measurement plans for programs
• Design targeting mechanisms used for identification for programs
• Conduct ongoing monitoring and measuring of programs
• Determine ways to optimize programs using population health or clinical expertise
• Translate business goals into plans and tactics for the team
• Establish longer term strategies and roadmaps in collaboration with senior leaders
• Lead the research
• development
• and maintenance of data pipelines and statistical/ML models
• Participate in team-wide technical and operations management responsibilities
